Fleetx.ai, a pioneer in AI-driven fleet and logistics technology, has made a significant move by acquiring the Transportation Management System (TMS) provider Pando.ai for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition is set to provide customers with a comprehensive platform that merges fleet visibility and freight execution, leveraging AI features throughout the service spectrum.

Pando.ai’s Industry Presence

Pando.ai has established a strong foothold in various industries, collaborating with notable enterprises such as Sun Pharma, Honda, Castrol, Godrej, Pernod Ricard, Berger Paints, Perfetti Van Melle, and Orient Electric. Despite the acquisition, Pando.ai will maintain its brand identity and continue to function as a separate entity.

Enhancing Services with AI

Following the acquisition, Fleetx.ai aims to build upon Pando.ai’s existing platform by integrating its advanced AI capabilities and enriching the overall services offered. Fleetx.ai, with a nine-year track record, partners with diverse sectors such as logistics, construction, energy, retail, and manufacturing. Their clientele includes industry leaders like UltraTech, Adani, AM/NS India, MP Birla Group, Maersk, Unilever, and Mondelez.

Leadership and Future Plans

The entire leadership team from Pando.ai has joined forces with Fleetx.ai to ensure the continued success of the Pando.ai business. Fleetx.ai is set to invest further in the development of Pando.ai’s products and AI technology. The combined entity is also gearing up for a public listing within the next 18-24 months, targeting a profitable combined revenue of Rs 300-400 crore by the time of the listing.
