Incuspaze, a managed office space provider, has successfully acquired Trios, a Pune-based co-working firm, through a combination of cash and stock. The specifics of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 2016, Incuspaze boasts a presence across over 50 locations in 18 cities, encompassing a portfolio of 4 million square feet. Trios, which was founded in 2017, operates 12 co-working centres located in Pune and Gurugram.

Strategic Growth through Acquisition

According to Incuspaze, the acquisition of Trios aims to cater to the rising demand for flexible workspaces in Pune. This 100% acquisition is expected to enhance topline revenue by 10 to 15%, assisting Incuspaze in its aim to achieve revenues of Rs 350 to 400 crore by 2025-26.

Incuspaze envisions that this acquisition will not only broaden its regional reach but also create cost efficiencies while standardising the customer experience across all locations. The company considers Trios to be an ideal cultural and strategic match.
