Incuspaze Expands Its Reach with iKeva Acquisition

Incuspaze, a managed workspace provider, has successfully acquired iKeva in a complete buyout, enhancing its footprint in essential southern markets, especially Hyderabad and Bengaluru. As stated by Incuspaze, this acquisition is projected to add approximately Rs 100 crore to its revenue, aiding the company’s ambitious target of achieving Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by FY29. This growth will be driven through a combination of organic progress, increased enterprise occupancy, and targeted acquisitions.

Details of the Acquisition

With this deal, Incuspaze is set to incorporate iKeva’s extensive portfolio of 5 lakh sq. ft. distributed across 18 centres located in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. In addition, the company aims to introduce another 5 lakh sq. ft. of office space by FY27, facilitating further expansion.

Synergies and Efficiencies

The integration of iKeva is expected to generate revenue synergies, enhance operational efficiencies, fortify technological capabilities, and standardise services across different locations. This strategic move is also in line with Incuspaze’s aspirations for a potential initial public offering (IPO) within the next 24 to 36 months.

Market Insights

Industry projections indicate that Global Capability Centres (GCCs) may make up around 40% of India’s office space demand in the near future. Hyderabad and Bengaluru are likely to remain top choices for multinational corporations expanding their operations in India.

This acquisition follows Incuspaze’s earlier transactions, including the acquisitions of TRIOS and VSKOUT, which not only broadened its operational scope but also enhanced its technological and market intelligence capabilities. Most recently, the company expanded its presence in western India by acquiring Million Minds at GIFT City, Gujarat.
