The company asserted that this tool could render any website compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for individuals with disabilities. The FTC concluded that accessiBe issued false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims regarding the abilities of its AI-based web accessibility tool.
