Aeron Systems Secures Rs 45 Crore in Pre-Series B Funding

Pune-based deeptech firm Aeron Systems has successfully acquired Rs 45 crore ($4.7 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round. This round was co-led by Riverwalk Holdings and MGF-Kavachh (MountTech Growth Fund). The new investment will enable Aeron Systems to boost its manufacturing capabilities, fast-track research and development, create new products, and address growing customer needs. Additionally, the company plans to enhance its footprint in global markets.

Founded by Ashvani Shukla and Abhijeet Bokil, Aeron Systems focuses on the development of navigation, weather sensing, and monitoring technologies utilised in aerospace, defence, and industrial settings. The company’s offerings consist of inertial navigation systems, air data computers, weather sensing solutions, flight test instrumentation, avionics, and positioning, navigation, and timing technologies.

The products from Aeron Systems are deployed across various platforms, including aircraft, helicopters, unmanned systems, missiles, armoured vehicles, and naval vessels. Moreover, the company is dedicated to creating solutions that cater to renewable energy needs, integrating both hardware and software for large-scale solar initiatives.
