Affordable Innovative Techno Services Secures Funding for Rysen School Expansion

Affordable Innovative Techno Services, the parent organisation of Rysen School, which operates a K to 12 network encompassing 15 campuses throughout Rajasthan, has successfully obtained 4 million dollars in a pre Series A funding round. This funding round was led by Big Capital and Redbrook Fund, with notable contributions from Udaan co-founder Sujeet Kumar, Ramakant Sharma, and Roman Saini.

Utilisation of Funds

The company intends to allocate these funds towards expanding the Rysen School campus network in developing cities, enhancing its technology-driven learning framework, and scaling standardized school operation models, as stated in a recent press release.

Founded in 2023 by O.P. Godara, Kapil Arya, Dr. Kapil Jain, and Pritesh Meena, Affordable Innovative Techno Services is dedicated to creating scalable K to 12 educational institutions across Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions in India. Through Rysen School, the organisation integrates structured academics, experiential learning, and technology-enabled instruction within a cost-effective framework.

Growth Achievements

Since its establishment, AITS has launched 15 campuses in nine cities, enrolling over 10,000 students. The company has set an ambitious target to serve 100,000 students within the next three years by opening an additional 100 campuses in emerging markets.
