Awfis Co-Working Solutions Sees 44% Growth in Q3 FY25

Co-working solutions provider Awfis has achieved a significant milestone with a 44% year-on-year increase in growth during the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The profits for the Delhi-based startup reached Rs 15.1 crore in the same timeframe.

Awfis reported an increase in revenue, climbing to Rs 318 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 221 crore in Q3 FY24, according to the unaudited consolidated financial statements submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Established in 2015, Awfis provides tailor-made office spaces for startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, offering additional services such as food and beverages, IT support, and infrastructure solutions among others.

The income from co-working space rentals and related services constituted 76.7% of total operating revenue, which surged by 52.5% to Rs 244 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 160 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from construction and fit-out projects, facility management, and food sales also contributed significantly to Awfis’ growth.
