B2B quick commerce platform Fairdeal.Market has successfully raised $15 million (approximately Rs 142.8 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), with participation from WaterBridge Ventures and Incubate Asia Fund. This Gurugram-based startup had earlier secured $3 million (roughly Rs 25 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Incubate Fund Asia along with Waterbridge Ventures, aided by contributions from angel investors in August of the previous year.

The funds will be utilised to enhance dark-store operations in densely populated urban areas, bolster technology and data infrastructure, improve retailer engagement, and expand last-mile delivery capabilities, as stated by Fairdeal.Market in a press release.
