BlissClub Secures Rs 160 Crore in Series B Funding for Expansion

D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has successfully raised Rs 160 crore in a Series B funding round primarily led by Singularity AMC. The funding saw participation from founder Minu Margeret and her partner Vidit Aatrey, alongside existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.

Funding and Future Plans

The Bengaluru-based startup previously garnered $15 million in its Series A funding round in May 2022, which was led by Eight Roads Ventures with additional participation from Elevation Capital. The recent capital injection is aimed at diversifying product categories, enhancing its offline retail footprint, improving product development, and recruiting talent to facilitate its next growth stage.

About BlissClub

Founded in 2020 by Minu Margeret, BlissClub is focused on direct-to-consumer (D2C) athleisure and functional apparel. Initially, the company specialised in technical activewear tailored for Indian women, but has since transitioned into an omnichannel operation boasting over 40 retail stores, along with a newly launched menswear line.

Product Portfolio

BlissClub’s diverse portfolio features leggings, tops, outerwear, and accessories, all developed through comprehensive in-house research and sourcing. The brand markets its products via its website, various marketplaces, and its offline stores scattered across India.

Financial Performance

BlissClub has not yet submitted its annual financial report for FY26. However, in FY25, the company’s operating revenue witnessed a significant growth of 51%, soaring to Rs 131.5 crore from Rs 87 crore in FY24. During this timeframe, BlissClub also managed to halve its losses, largely due to reductions in employee costs.
