About Bolna
Founded in 2024, Bolna is dedicated to developing a self-serve voice AI platform. This innovative platform enables businesses to design, deploy, and manage voice agents without lengthy implementation periods or the necessity for specialised AI teams. The platform supports more than 10 Indian languages and is tailored for real-world telephony scenarios, accommodating regional accents and challenging environments with background noise.
Rapid Growth and Deployment
Since launching its first commercial deployment in May 2025, Bolna has experienced impressive growth. Daily call volumes escalated from approximately 1,500 calls to over 200,000 calls daily, representing an astonishing growth of over 130 times within just under a year.
Customer Base
The Bengaluru-based platform currently serves 1,050 paying clients spanning diverse sectors such as e-commerce, BFSI, logistics, recruitment, and education. Bolna’s clientele includes major enterprises like Varun Beverages alongside rapidly advancing startups such as Spinny and Snabbit. The platform is employed for both high-volume customer interactions and within voice-centric industries like travel and matrimonial services, where multilingual calling proves essential.
