BusinessNext Secures $40 Million Funding for Autonomous Banking Solutions
BusinessNext, a startup focused on banking software, has successfully raised $40 million in a Series B funding round backed by ServiceNow Ventures, the investment division of US cloud software company ServiceNow. This latest funding round values the Noida-based firm at $700 million, significantly higher than its previous valuation of $181 million noted in 2021. Reports suggest that ServiceNow has acquired approximately a 5% stake in BusinessNext as part of this deal.
The new capital will allow BusinessNext to enhance its autonomous banking platform, boost its Private AI features aimed at financial institutions, and support its expansion into Australia and New Zealand. The partnership with ServiceNow is anticipated to facilitate BusinessNext’s growth across Southeast Asia in addition to its new markets.
