Chapter Home Secures Rs 63 Crore in Funding

Chapter Home, a notable company in the home and kitchen consumer brand sector, has successfully obtained Rs 63 crore through a combination of equity and debt financing from Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, renowned influencer Tanmay Bhat, and several family offices. This funding round positions the company with an approximate valuation of Rs 1,000 crore. The newly acquired capital aims to enhance product development, explore new categories, invest in technology, bolster brand presence, and broaden distribution networks. Additionally, the company is in the process of establishing its initial physical retail presence.

Founded in 2025 by Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain, and Dheeraj Goyal, Chapter Home is dedicated to creating consumer brands across various categories, including bed and table linen, cookware, home décor, and small kitchen appliances. The founders have a background in establishing and managing the leadership team at PharmEasy before embarking on their venture with Chapter Home.

Chapter Home employs a collaborative platform that facilitates sourcing, supply chain management, content production, technology use, and distribution for its diverse brands. The company harnesses artificial intelligence for various purposes, such as product catalogue management, content generation, demand forecasting, product selection, customer targeting, and retention strategies.

The inaugural category launched by Chapter Home is home furnishings, introduced through HOKIPO, an online home furnishing brand. The firm aims to branch out into additional home and kitchen categories, utilising online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, its direct-to-consumer channel, and traditional retail outlets for sales.
