Mission and Vision of Consuma
Established in 2021 by Abhilash Madabhushi, Consuma is an AI-centric startup aspiring to revolutionise the approach brands take towards consumer research. By substituting conventional surveys and focus groups with AI-enhanced analyses of digital behaviours, Consuma empowers brands to obtain quicker, more comprehensive, and cost-effective insights.
Adapting to Consumer Change
According to Abhilash Madabhushi, the founder, consumers are evolving at a remarkable pace, and brands require research methodologies that can match this rapid evolution. They are developing technology to elevate consumer research into the AI era, offering distinctive insights within minutes instead of months.
Efficiency in Research
Consuma asserts that brands can now conduct research in just 30 minutes, down from the traditional 2-3 months, at one-tenth of the cost, while analysing 1000 times more data. Within less than six months following its public launch, the company reports collaboration with over 35 international brands, including Godrej and Britannia.
