Circle by CRED is an innovative platform introduced by the fintech service CRED, enabling its members to engage in one-on-one discussions with seasoned professionals, founders, and specialists across various fields including careers, finance, wellness, and relationships. Currently, this service is in beta testing for a select group of CRED members, featuring over 100 Residents from these categories. Members have the flexibility to connect with these Residents via text, audio, or video from 6 PM to 10 PM, every day of the week. The pricing model begins at Rs 25 per minute.

Essentially, Circle serves as a paid advice platform where CRED members can interact directly with individuals who possess relevant expertise in specific areas. For example, a founder can consult with an experienced peer regarding topics such as leadership hiring or fundraising strategies. Similarly, a product leader might seek guidance on navigating career transitions, while a relationship expert can assist a member in refining their dating profile.
Selecting the Right Residents
CRED ensures that Residents are chosen based on their qualifications, experience, and relevance to the members’ needs. Members have the option for a single conversation or may choose to engage with the same Resident for in-depth discussions as required.

This platform is supported by CRED’s robust community of 1.7 crore members, described by CRED as a collective of affluent Indians boasting expertise across various industries. Miten Sampat, the interim CEO of CRED, remarked that while information is widely accessible, genuine judgement and taste are often honed through experience. Circle by CRED provides members with the valuable opportunity to tap into a high-signal network of qualified peers, facilitating their advancement.
Future Potential and Accessibility
Circle by CRED aims to diversify into additional categories as it grows. Although only select members currently have access to the beta version, other CRED users can download the app on iOS or Android and join the waiting list. Furthermore, there is an opportunity for members to apply to become Residents, enriching the community further.
