CuePilot AI Secures $1.8 Million for Early Childhood Education

Early childhood education-focused startup CuePilot AI has successfully raised $1.8 million in a pre-seed funding round. This round was spearheaded by Unilazer Ventures and supported by notable investor Ronnie Screwvala, alongside contributions from Eximius Ventures and Titan Capital. The funds are earmarked to enhance CuePilot’s voice and AI systems, create new integrations for various regions, and advance their go-to-market strategies across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and eventually the US.

Innovative Solutions for Preschools

Founded with the aim of tackling operational inefficiencies in preschools and daycare centres, CuePilot delivers a voice-first, AI-integrated management platform designed to automate a significant portion of administrative duties. The platform enables educators to record brief voice updates, which are then transformed into structured academic reports, operational documents, and communications intended for parents. This innovation allows teachers to minimise screen time and dedicate more attention to engaging with students in the classroom.

Comprehensive Platform for Educators

CuePilot functions as a complete solution encompassing academics, attendance tracking, health logs, billing, admissions, and parent interactions. The startup is specifically targeting an area where information is frequently dispersed across messaging applications, spreadsheets, and outdated software.

CuePilot currently partners with over 130 educational institutions across India and Southeast Asia. The organization aims to scale to 1,000 schools worldwide in the next 12 to 18 months, particularly focusing on expansion into the US market, where the average revenue per school tends to be greater.
