EaseMyTrip has released its financial outcomes for the fourth quarter of FY26. The OTA platform experienced a year-on-year growth of 9% in operating revenue, but reported a net loss of Rs 15.4 crore.

According to the consolidated financial statements submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE), EaseMyTrip’s operating revenue rose to Rs 151.9 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 139.5 crore in Q4 FY25. Air ticketing remains the primary source of revenue, contributing 52.7% of the total income; however, it saw a decline of 14.3% to Rs 80 crore in Q4 FY26, a drop from Rs 93.4 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. In contrast, hotel packages provided 38% of the income, generating Rs 57.8 crore during this quarter, marking a 2.5 times increase compared to Q4 FY25.

Including additional services and earnings from non-operational sources, EaseMyTrip’s total income for Q4 FY26 reached Rs 165.6 crore, up from Rs 143.3 crore in Q4 FY25. For the entire financial year FY26, the company’s revenue decreased by 9%, amounting to Rs 535.7 crore, compared to Rs 587.3 crore in the previous year.

Expenditure Insights

EaseMyTrip’s total expenses surged by 39% to Rs 181.5 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 130.9 crore in Q4 FY25. Advertisement and sales promotion expenses accounted for nearly 24% of the overall costs, standing at Rs 43.4 crore, an increase of over 20% compared to the previous year’s corresponding quarter. The costs for services also escalated significantly, nearly tripling to Rs 41.5 crore, while employee benefits rose by 24% to Rs 33.9 crore in Q4 FY26. Payment gateway charges reached Rs 13.9 crore during this period.

Financial Challenges

The increase in service-related costs, as well as higher advertising and employee benefit expenses, caused the company based in Delhi to operate at a loss during this quarter. EaseMyTrip reported a net loss of Rs 15.4 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 13.9 crore during the same period in the last fiscal year. Over the fiscal year FY26, the company disclosed a total loss of Rs 47.6 crore, contrasting with a profit of Rs 108.7 crore achieved in FY25.

As of Friday, shares of EaseMyTrip closed at Rs 7.21, giving the company a total market capitalization of Rs 2,622 crore, approximately $276 million.
