Even Healthcare Secures $50 Million in Series B Funding
Even Healthcare, a comprehensive managed care entity, has successfully raised $50 million in a Series B funding round, spearheaded by returning investor Khosla Ventures, along with contributions from Alpha Wave. This funding round has tripled the company’s valuation since its last financing attempt 18 months ago, bringing the cumulative funding total to more than $120 million.
In August 2026, Startup Superb exclusively reported that Even Healthcare was poised to secure Rs 208 crore, equivalent to $22 million, in a Series B round led by Khosla Ventures, with additional support from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, and others. Earlier, in January 2026, the company had successfully raised $20 million in a round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.
This recent fundraising activity follows the difficult decision made by Even Healthcare to reduce its workforce by approximately 350 employees in August 2026, as reported exclusively by Startup Superb. The funds raised will facilitate the opening of five new hospitals in Bengaluru over the ensuing six months, according to the company’s official press release.
Overview of Even Healthcare
Founded in 2021 by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio, and Alessandro Ialongo, Even Healthcare operates a membership-driven healthcare approach that provides primary care, diagnostics, and hospital services. In contrast to conventional hospital networks, the company prioritises continuity of care and the recovery process of patients, as care teams oversee patients through consultations, diagnostics, hospital stays, and post-discharge recovery.
Financial Performance
Even Healthcare has yet to submit its financial results for FY26 to the Registrar of Companies (RoC). However, in FY25, the company experienced significant growth, with revenue skyrocketing over fourfold to Rs 25.43 crore from Rs 6.24 crore in FY24. Conversely, its losses escalated by 24.5% to Rs 90.15 crore, up from Rs 72.40 crore in the same timeframe.
Membership and Market Reach
Currently, Even Healthcare caters to over 2.5 lakh members across ten cities. Investors have demonstrated a growing interest in India’s healthcare startup ecosystem, particularly in membership-centric and integrated care models that unify primary healthcare, diagnostics, and hospitalisation within a single subscription framework.
Other notable players in this sector include Superhealth, which provides subscription-based consultations and diagnostics alongside fixed-cost medical procedures, and Oncare, which recently secured Rs 27 crore in a Series A funding round in February 2026 to broaden its specialised cancer care centers. Such business models aim to enhance healthcare accessibility through preventive care, predictable expenses, and coordinated treatment.
