Evenflow Brands Partners with Authentic Brands Group for Reebok Products in India

Bengaluru-based house of brands startup Evenflow Brands has secured a licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group (ABG) to produce, advertise, and distribute Reebok’s sports, fitness, recovery, and adventure products throughout India. This collaboration will broaden Reebok’s scope in India, extending its offerings beyond just apparel and footwear into various categories such as adventure gear, sports accessories, recovery products, and inflatables.

This agreement empowers Evenflow to leverage its proficiency in ecommerce, quick commerce, and omnichannel retail to enhance Reebok’s visibility in these new categories across the Indian market. The initial range of products resulting from this agreement is anticipated to be launched across major ecommerce platforms and retail channels in the upcoming months.

Expansion of Reebok’s Product Range

Utsav Agrawal, cofounder and CEO of Evenflow Brands, noted that Reebok has always stood for performance, resilience, and an active lifestyle. He expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that it aims to perpetuate that legacy into categories that are increasingly relevant to Indian consumers. The vision encompasses creating a comprehensive ecosystem of top-notch products that merges Reebok’s global legacy with Evenflow’s profound insights into the Indian market.

Financial Performance and Growth

In a recent financial report, Evenflow indicated it had seen a notable improvement in profitability during FY26, achieving positive EBITDA for the entire fiscal year. The startup reported net sales of Rs 53.06 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 41.19 lakh, translating to an EBITDA margin of 0.8%. The Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) was recorded at Rs 81.5 crore, with the EBITDA margin peaking at 4.5% in Q4 FY26.

To date, the startup has successfully raised nearly Rs 45 crore across various funding rounds. Its investors comprise Village Global, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns, and Equanimity Ventures, alongside notable angel investors like Kunal Shah and Vijay Shekhar Sharma.
