Flipspaces Secures $50 Million in Expanded Series C Round
Flipspaces, an innovative firm in the interior design sector, has successfully raised $50 million in an expanded Series C funding round involving investors such as CE-Invests from the UAE, Panthera Growth Partners based in Singapore, and the Japan-based SMBC Asia Rising Fund. This round has also seen participation from existing investors including Iron Pillar, Synergy Capital Partners, and Prashasta Seth, while also allowing early-stage investor Carpe Diem to exit their stake.
Previous Funding Milestones
In May, the company had raised a $35 million round led by Iron Pillar. Shortly thereafter, in the following month, it secured Rs 50 crore, which is approximately $5.5 million, from Asiana Fund.
Utilisation of Funds
The newly acquired funds will be allocated towards expanding operations in India, the U.S., and the UAE, enhancing supply chain integration, and advancing Flipspaces’ proprietary technology stack with AI-driven innovations. The company has also indicated that it aims to pursue strategic acquisitions in related categories as part of their growth roadmap.

Financial Performance
Although Flipspaces has not yet submitted its annual financial report for FY25, the company recorded an operating revenue of Rs 190 crore for FY24, marking a significant 90% growth compared to Rs 100 crore in FY23. It also managed to reduce its losses to Rs 8 crore in FY24, down from Rs 19 crore in FY23.
