Funding Success at Fundly.ai
Mumbai-based B2B pharma distribution startup Fundly.ai has successfully secured $4 million in a recent funding round spearheaded by existing investors Accel and Multiply Ventures. This round also saw the involvement of former RBL Bank executive director Rajeev Ahuja along with various angel investors. In addition, the company obtained approximately $0.9 million in venture debt. The newly acquired funds will facilitate the expansion of its digital commerce, payment solutions, and credit services across India’s pharmaceutical supply chain.
Company Overview and Growth Trajectory
Founded in 2021 by Amit Chawla and Shreeram Ramanathan, Fundly.ai started its journey as a supply-chain financing platform designed for pharmaceutical enterprises. It has since diversified into three critical areas: B2B commerce, payment and settlement infrastructure, and embedded credit. Fundly strives to empower pharma retailers and distributors in managing procurement, payments, and working capital using a comprehensive technology platform.
Previous Funding Rounds
This latest funding round follows an earlier achievement, where Fundly.ai raised $3 million in seed funding in 2023. That round was also led by Accel and included participation from Multiply Ventures and a range of angel investors.
