Founders and Their Vision

Established in 2024 by Ashish D’abreo, Sreeram Gangadharan, and Tej Thammaiah, Good Farmer Food Concepts prioritizes quality and innovation. The company seeks to blend experimentation with coffee for retail settings, community-centric cafés, and a health-conscious perspective on fast food.

Maverick & Farmer Coffee: A Unique Approach

The homegrown coffee brand Maverick & Farmer operates as a farm-to-cup entity. The brand conducts innovative experiments on its 140-acre estate located in Pollibetta, Coorg, which functions as a testing ground for creating inventive brews and exciting flavours. Presently, the brand boasts four cafés in Bangalore and two in Goa, and it engages in B2B operations by supplying coffee to numerous locations nationwide, including the international coffee chain Second Cup Coffee, Magnolia Bakery, Courtyard Marriott, Coworks India, Lavonne, and the Boston Consulting Group.

Retail Segment and Future Expansion Plans

The Bengaluru-based brand’s retail division is dedicated to developing various stock-keeping units (SKUs) of specialty coffee roasts while enhancing the home brewing experience through a curated selection of equipment. Upcoming outlets are planned for Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Goa, and Bangalore. Currently, the company operates seven cafés in Bengaluru and Goa, with expectations to grow this number to ten by year-end.
