Gramiyaa Secures Rs 18.65 Crore in Series A Funding
Bengaluru-based cold-pressed oil brand Gramiyaa has successfully raised Rs 18.65 crore in a Series A funding round. This round was led by new investor Optiscape Network Holdings, with support from existing investors including Homegrown Ventures and Campus Fund.
Previous Funding Rounds
In March 2025, Gramiyaa secured Rs 7.2 crore in a pre-Series A round, which was also led by Homegrown Ventures, with contributions from Campus Fund and Mumbai Angels.
Investment Details
As revealed in its regulatory filings accessed by Startup Superb, the company’s board has allocated 32,968 Series A CCPS at a price of Rs 5,657 per share to raise this latest capital. Optiscape Network Holdings contributed Rs 9 crore, followed by Homegrown Ventures with Rs 4.5 crore and Campus Fund with Rs 4 crore. Additional investments include Rs 90 lakh from Sarya Global Holdings and Rs 25 lakh from Rasagna Pulapaka.
Company Valuation
According to estimates from Startup Superb, Gramiyaa’s valuation has seen a substantial increase of 49%, rising to Rs 110 crore in the Series A round from Rs 74 crore in the pre-Series A round. The funds acquired will be used for growth capital and other corporate necessities.
About Gramiyaa
Established in 2016 by Sibi Manivannan, Gramiyaa is known for producing cold-pressed oils through traditional methods. This direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand offers a range of oils, including groundnut, coconut, sesame, mustard, virgin coconut, and olive oils. Gramiyaa products are available on its own website as well as on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, DMart Ready, and FirstClub.
Post the latest allotment, Homegrown Ventures continues to be the largest external stakeholder with a 17.34% share, followed by Campus Fund with 9.86% and Optiscape Network Holdings at 8.28%. Co-founders Sibi Manivannan, Mohamed Yaseen, and Naveenrajaman RL retain stakes of 26.04%, 13.02%, and 13.02%, respectively.
Financial Performance
The company has yet to report its FY26 financials. However, Gramiyaa’s revenue for FY25 increased by 72.7% year-on-year, reaching Rs 19 crore, while losses escalated to Rs 4 crore, marking an increase of nearly 12.7 times.
