Happi Planet Secures $2 Million Funding for Home Care Product Expansion
Happi Planet, a prominent name in home care products, has successfully raised $2 million (roughly Rs 18 crore) during a funding round spearheaded by Fireside Ventures and Prath Ventures. This round represents Happi Planet’s inaugural institutional fundraising effort. Until now, the startup primarily depended on self-funding and a few early-stage investments.
The funds will be allocated towards broadening its product assortment, enhancing distribution networks, scaling operations, and recruiting talent across various departments.

Founded in 2021 and situated in Mumbai, Happi Planet focuses on manufacturing and marketing home care products. Its range encompasses laundry liquids, dishwashing liquids, floor cleaners, and surface cleaners. The company employs a direct-to-consumer model alongside sales through online marketplaces and selected physical retailers.
Target Market and Growth Strategy
Happi Planet zeroes in on urban households and intends to amplify its footprint in additional cities and retail locations. Competing against established and emerging brands in the home care sector, such as Neynto, Beco, The Better Home, Godrej Consumer Products, HUL, and ITC, the brand positions itself strategically within various sub-categories.
