About Harvested Robotics
Founded in 2023 by visionaries Rahul Arepaka and George Mathew, Harvested Robotics is committed to delivering a sustainable and chemical-free alternative to conventional weed management methods for farmers.
Innovative Technology Behind the Weeder
According to the company based in Hyderabad, their product is an AI-powered laser weeder designed to attach to tractors. It employs advanced cameras and AI models to identify weeds, which are then eliminated using robotic actuators equipped with high-power lasers, all in real-time. This innovative approach aims to lower costs for farmers, enhance crop yields, and encourage organic farming practices. With unparalleled precision, it removes weeds without harming surrounding crops.
Flexible Solutions for Farmers
Harvested Robotics employs a strategy that includes adaptable software and robotic hardware that can easily attach to tractors and be powered by them, making it a potentially budget-friendly option. The startup effectively addresses the challenges of high expenses and labour associated with current weed control methods.
