InCred Money, the wealth and asset management division of InCred Group, has successfully raised Rs 250 crore (approximately $30 million) from several investors, including Manipal Group chairman Ranjan Pai, former Deutsche Bank executive Ram Nayak, Mankind Family Office, MMG Family Office, Ravi Pillai Family Office, and Raj Vattikutti Foundation, among others. This latest fundraising round arrives as InCred Holdings prepares for a public offering. Reports from Startup Superb indicate that the parent company is gearing up for an IPO with a total issue size estimated between $460 and $560 million, including a Rs 1,500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 300 crore pre-IPO placement.
Financial Performance of InCred Group
On the financial side, InCred Finance, the lending wing of the group, reported a 47% year-on-year growth in revenue, reaching Rs 1,872 crore in FY25, while profits increased by 18% to Rs 374 crore. InCred Capital previously secured $50 million from family offices to bolster its wealth and capital markets activities.
This latest funding positions InCred Money as a prominent player in the expanding landscape of wealth management startups that are attracting substantial investor interest as more individuals in India seek digital platforms to manage their finances.
