India Accelerator Launches Program in Saudi Arabia

India Accelerator (IA) has rolled out its accelerator initiative in Saudi Arabia, underpinned by a dedicated fund of $15 million aimed at aiding Indian startups in their growth and entry into the Kingdom. This venture receives backing from the National Technology Development Program’s (NTDP) Empowering Accelerators product, which aligns with Saudi Arabia’s growing focus on innovation as outlined in Vision 2030.

Focus Areas of the Accelerator Program

The program is set to target startups in various sectors, including AI, Sustainability, Electric Mobility (EV), PropTech, and DeepTech. These areas are closely related to the priorities of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as well as NTDP’s objective of promoting technology-driven economic transformation.

Details of the First Cohort

The inaugural cohort is expected to launch in March 2026 and will support between 8 to 10 promising startups. Participants will benefit from structured market-entry assistance, regulatory advisory services, opportunities for local collaborations, and connections to potential investors. Applications for this first batch opened on December 8, 2025, and will continue until February 28, 2026.

Strengthening Global Presence

IA states that its collaboration with NTDP lays a solid groundwork for enhanced engagement across the GCC region. This expansion will further increase India Accelerator’s global reach and its goal of aiding founders in navigating beyond domestic markets.
