Live2.ai: Innovative Social Intelligence and Commerce Activation Platform Secures Rs 130 Crore Funding

Live2.ai, a prominent player in social intelligence and commerce activation, has successfully raised Rs 130 crore (approximately $14 million) in a pre-Series B investment round led by IvyCap Ventures. This funding round includes primary capital aimed at accelerating business growth and a secondary aspect providing some liquidity to early investors.

The newly acquired funds will be directed towards building its advanced agentic intelligence layer, enhancing market operations for both enterprise-level and global consumer brands, and bolstering its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, as noted by Live2.ai in a recent press statement.

Founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, Live2.ai offers a platform that integrates social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce activation. The platform enables brands to monitor online discussions, strategically plan and publish social media content, track performance metrics, and handle audits and compliance concerning influencer and user-generated content. It also transforms rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences across both digital and offline venues.

This Bengaluru-based startup claims that its platform integrates a cohesive entity graph, multimodal AI, and autonomous AI agents. It tracks brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and various review platforms to assist brands in spotting trends and guiding business decisions.

Key Capabilities of Live2.ai

Live2.ai has three primary functions: social intelligence for trend spotting and campaign strategy development; audit and compliance management for influencer and user-generated content; and social publishing along with performance analysis across multiple channels.

Advanced AI Agents

The platform harnesses eight distinct AI agents, such as Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor, and Autonomous Response, to facilitate various tasks related to social intelligence, campaign management, and customer engagement. These agents work on a shared entity graph, including governance controls and human oversight.

Live2.ai collaborates with notable brands like Henkel’s Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands, and Shiseido. The company asserts that it supports over 200 brands across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. In the past year, the startup has reported a fourfold increase in revenue, with 90% of its income generated outside of India.
