M: AI-Powered Household Concierge Startup Secures Funding
Former Dunzo co-founder Kabeer Biswas is successfully raising Rs 102 crore (approximately $11 million) for his new venture, M, with the backing of Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures, and Kunal Shah’s CRED (Dreamplug Technologies). M, which Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra have founded, is developing an AI-enhanced household concierge designed for urban residents. Its goal, as outlined in its LinkedIn profile, is to alleviate the challenges that come with managing a household by automating everyday tasks, coordination, and decision-making processes.
Established in 2025 as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd, the company has received board approval to issue 54,956 Series Seed CCPS at Rs 18,577 each for its intended fundraising efforts, according to regulatory documents examined by Startup Superb. Peak XV Partners will play a pivotal role in this round with an investment of Rs 46.4 crore ($5 million), while Blume Ventures and CRED will contribute Rs 37.12 crore ($4 million) and Rs 18.56 crore ($2 million), respectively.
The company has already secured Rs 83.53 crore (nearly $9 million), with the remaining funds anticipated shortly as per its filings. Startup Superb estimates that the Bengaluru-based startup will achieve a post-money valuation of Rs 300 crore.
After the funding round, Peak XV Partners will own a 15.47% stake, while Blume Ventures and CRED will hold 12.37% and 6.19%, respectively. The co-founders, Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra, will each retain 3.1%, with 38.67% of the equity controlled by the PVK Family Trust, likely associated with the founders and their relatives. Notably, the company has allocated a substantial ESOP pool of 21.11%.
Kabeer Biswas, who previously led Dunzo, funded by Reliance Retail, later directed Flipkart’s quick commerce project, Flipkart Minutes, until October 2025. He has now co-founded M, an AI-driven consumer services startup.
