Kapiva, an ayurvedic wellness brand, has successfully raised $60 million through a Series D funding round, with 360 ONE Asset and Vertex Growth at the helm. Other notable investors include Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, along with 3one4 Capital. Within this round, $28 million was allocated as primary capital; the remaining funds were classified as secondary, enabling the early investor Fireside Ventures to exit.

Funding Journey and Future Plans

The funding round commenced with an initial investment of $10 million in September 2024 from OrbiMed Asia, alongside Vertex Ventures and 3one4 Capital. In total, the company has now raised nearly $90 million. The fresh capital is earmarked for advancing research and development, improving manufacturing capabilities, and bolstering brand awareness. Furthermore, Kapiva intends to broaden its health tech platform while concentrating on managing chronic conditions and delivering personalised care.

Current Financial Performance

Currently, Kapiva operates with an annual revenue run rate of approximately Rs 550 crore, a significant increase from around Rs 350 crore in FY25. The company reports a remarkable growth rate of over 80 percent year-on-year for the past three years.
