This new investment will enable Kinetic Age to enhance its healthcare services and extend its reach to a broader customer base. The startup’s plan focuses on developing a model centred around personalised and coordinated care, specifically targeting adults over the age of 40. The aim is to assist users in maintaining their health through consistent interventions and follow-ups.

Kinetic Age was established by Akshat Saxena and Amogh Saxena, offering coordinated healthcare services tailored for individuals aged 40 and above. The company integrates various services, including doctor consultations, physiotherapy, physical training, nutrition, diagnostics, and emotional wellbeing, all under a comprehensive subscription and care plan. The goal is to facilitate adherence to healthcare recommendations by providing regular support and monitoring.

Service Impact and Reach

The startup has achieved significant milestones, having served over 600 patients in Bengaluru in the past year alone. Kinetic Age has conducted more than 12,000 sessions and currently runs over 150 sessions on a daily basis. With a monthly retention rate exceeding 70% and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 75, the company demonstrates strong customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Growth and Technology

Kinetic Age has surpassed a revenue run rate of Rs 2.5 crore annually. To enhance its offerings, the company employs AI-driven care protocols and works with a network of 25 healthcare providers. According to Kinetic Age, approximately one-third of its customers are acquired through referrals, highlighting the effectiveness of its service model.
