KorinMi Raises Funds for Expansion in Skincare Services

KorinMi, a skin clinic based in Gurugram, has secured Rs 10 crore from the Innovation Fund of Ayurvedic beauty and skincare brand Lotus Herbals. This fund, which has a total of $50 million, is aimed at investing in early-stage beauty and wellness startups in India.

Lotus Herbals’ Strategic Investment

In October 2021, Lotus Herbals also acquired a 32% stake in the skincare brand Fixderma. KorinMi plans to use the fresh capital to establish new clinics and expand its reach to cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. This was highlighted in a recent press release from the company.

About KorinMi

Founded in 2024 by Reshbha Munjal and Jenovia Daun Jung, KorinMi is a startup that merges genuine Korean skin science with personalised, clinical treatments designed specifically for Indian skin types. The brand operates state-of-the-art physical clinics and also offers direct-to-consumer (D2C) skincare products.

Focus on Comprehensive Treatments

KorinMi places an emphasis on both facial and hair treatments. The clinic opened its first location in Gurugram in October 2024 and has attended to over 3,000 clients to date. The typical treatment cycle lasts between 30 to 45 days, and to assist customers along their skincare journey, the company has developed a product range.

Quality D2C Products

The D2C offerings from KorinMi are manufactured in Korea and are specially formulated to suit Indian skin types and climatic conditions. Furthermore, the clinic utilizes advanced equipment and products sourced from South Korea.

Previous Funding Round

In May of the previous year, the startup raised Rs 3 crore from Vikas Agarwal, former CEO of Kaya Skin Clinic in the UAE, along with other angel investors.
