The proceeds from this capital raising will primarily be allocated toward repaying borrowings, financing capital expenditures for the acquisition of pallets, crates, and intermediate bulk containers, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Leap India’s Operational Growth

Established in 2013, Leap India operates an innovative asset pooling platform, which allows enterprises to lease reusable pallets, crates, and containers instead of owning them outright. As of March 31, 2026, the company managed a remarkable 14.7 million pooled assets across over 10,100 customer touchpoints throughout the country.

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, Leap India reported an impressive 57% year-on-year increase in operating revenue, climbing to Rs 730 crore from Rs 466 crore in FY25. Simultaneously, its profits soared over 70% to reach Rs 63 crore.
