The funds were obtained through a mix of equity and cash and will be used to strengthen the company’s vertical integration, improve manufacturing infrastructure, enhance design and innovation capabilities, and speed up retail expansion across India, as stated by Limelight Diamonds in a press release.

Overview of Limelight Diamonds

Established in 2019 by Pooja Madhavan, Limelight Diamonds focuses on lab grown diamond jewellery, primarily using pure CVD lab grown diamonds. The brand aims to provide jewellery that features exceptional brilliance, purity, and modern design.

Expansion of Retail Footprint

In recent years, the brand has experienced rapid growth across the nation, now boasting the most extensive retail presence for lab grown diamond jewellery in India. Limelight Diamonds operates over 75 exclusive outlets in more than 45 cities, offering collections that include solitaires, everyday fine jewellery, and striking statement pieces designed for contemporary Indian consumers.
