Moneyview IPO: Price Band Set for Digital Lending Platform

Moneyview, a digital lending platform supported by Accel and Tiger Global, has established its IPO price band at Rs 32-34 per share, valuing the company at approximately Rs 6,000 crore at the upper limit. The IPO will commence for subscription on September 24 and will conclude on September 28. The anchor book will be accessible a day prior on September 23. The aim is to collect Rs 1,091.6 crore through this public issue.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth Rs 750 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore shares. At the highest price band, the company’s implied market capitalisation stands at around Rs 5,985 crore. This price range comes shortly after Moneyview reduced the size of its fresh issue from the Rs 1,500 crore initially proposed in its draft documents. Both the company and its existing investors have also cut the OFS from about 13.6 crore shares to 10.04 crore shares.

Founders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal will take part in the OFS alongside investors like Accel, Tiger Global Management, Ribbit Capital, DI Investment, and Crimson Winter. Accel is Moneyview’s largest shareholder, holding a 21.89% stake, followed by Tiger Global with 13.79%.

Moneyview intends to allocate Rs 325 crore from the fresh issue to enhance loan disbursals under default loss guarantee mechanisms, while another Rs 250 crore will be directed to its lending subsidiary Whizdm Finance to boost its capital foundation. The remaining funds will cater to general corporate requirements.

From a financial perspective, Moneyview reported a revenue of Rs 3,351.2 crore in FY26, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 43.3%, while profit saw a slight increase to Rs 242.7 crore. In Q1 FY27, revenue surged by 50.2% to Rs 1,041.1 crore, and profit rose significantly by 158.8% to Rs 173.8 crore.

Investors can place bids for a minimum of 441 shares, necessitating an investment of Rs 14,994 at the upper price band. Moneyview is anticipated to be listed on the stock exchanges on October 1.
