Mozark’s Digital Experience Testing Raises $40 Million for Expansion

Digital experience testing firm Mozark has successfully secured $40 million in a Series B funding round led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and RMB Capitalworks, with additional contributions from Kalaari Capital. The company previously acquired $10 million from BlackSoil and other investors. The funds will be aimed at global expansion and strategic acquisitions, as stated by Mozark in a press release.

Founded in 2019 by Chandrasekar Ramamoorthy, Kartik Raja, and Fabien Ranaudineau, Mozark facilitates enterprises, telecom operators, public-sector bodies, and regulators in executing real-world digital experience tests at scale. By carrying out scripted critical user journeys on actual devices across diverse networks and locations, Mozark generates synthetic experience telemetry to identify performance shortcomings across the complete AI-native technology stack—from applications to the supporting infrastructure.

Bridging the Digital Quality Divide

Real-world performance can vary significantly across different geographies, devices, networks, and infrastructure settings, which creates a digital quality divide hindering adoption, productivity, and inclusion. Mozark aims to close this gap by promoting Digital Experience Equity, regardless of location, device type, or network conditions. Its AI-assisted platform conducts extensive real-world testing of essential user journeys, generating synthetic experience telemetry throughout the entire AI-native stack.

Identifying Performance Issues at a Granular Level

This functionality allows organizations to pinpoint performance issues down to their root causes, including data centres, networks, hardware, and power infrastructure, facilitating solutions before user experiences are adversely affected. Engineered for sovereignty-ready deployment, Mozark offers an independent and transparent measurement framework that enhances reliability, accountability, and service outcomes.

Broad Client Base and Extensive Testing Capabilities

Mozark presently engages with over 50 enterprise and governmental clients across more than 20 countries, including regulators, telecom operators, financial services, and global digital-native businesses. Its deployments operate simultaneously on thousands of live devices and have already conducted over 25 million tests, contributing to benchmarking and user-experience assurance analytics at scale.
