Naturis Cosmetics Raises Rs 100 Crore in Funding

Naturis Cosmetics, a prominent contract manufacturer for the beauty and personal care sector, has successfully raised Rs 100 crore in its initial institutional funding round. The investment was spearheaded by Sharrp Ventures, with additional backing from Mirabilis Investment Trust, which is associated with Infosys co-founder K. Dinesh’s Family Office. Other contributors to the funding include Anicut Capital, Niveshaay, Suyash Saraf, founder of Hyperscale Ventures, Yogesh Kabra, along with several angel investors from the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industries. Utilisation of Funds

The funds raised will be allocated towards enhancing manufacturing and R&D processes. This includes establishing a new facility in Vapi, creating an experience centre in NCR, and expanding an R&D hub in Mumbai, while also exploring new categories in beauty, personal care, and OTC products.

Rahul Tandon, who co-founded Naturis Cosmetics, mentioned that the recent funding will enable the company to bolster its R&D capabilities, grow its manufacturing capacity, and accelerate its objective of becoming a leading beauty and personal care manufacturing platform in India.

Financial Overview

Although the company has not yet submitted its FY26 financial statements, it reported a significant increase in operating revenue, which grew approximately 40% to Rs 154 crore in FY25, up from Rs 110 crore in the prior fiscal year. Profit for the year stood at Rs 12 crore. Naturis Cosmetics has shared that it has seen revenue growth exceeding 50% CAGR over the previous four years while maintaining profitability.
