Newtral’s Climate-tech Innovation Secures $600K Funding

Climate-tech startup Newtral has successfully raised $600K from NOW through its Accelerate model. NOW is a venture studio dedicated to deeptech and deep science, concentrating on sustainability and climate-tech. Previously, Newtral.io obtained $80K (Rs 0.64 crore) in a pre-seed funding round back in July 2023, with support from startup accelerator PedalStart. The latest capital will be deployed to implement the go-to-market strategy in key global regions and enhance recurring revenue, as detailed in a press release from Newtral.

Co-founded in 2022 by Avi Chudasama, Vinod Sonagara, and Anuraag Paul, Newtral.io delivers enterprise sustainability software, assisting organisations to achieve net zero emissions. It empowers companies to monitor and mitigate their carbon footprints while adopting sustainable approaches. By utilising its platform, businesses can effectively assess their carbon emissions, pinpoint areas for reduction, generate tailored dashboards, and promote sustainable methods.

This Bengaluru-based startup facilitates organisations to go beyond mere compliance, enabling them to create genuine climate impact.
