Nothing But, a new fruit-snacking startup, has successfully secured an undisclosed sum in a seed funding round. This funding round was spearheaded by Atul Rajani and Deeksha Rajani, co-founders of The Be Life, alongside Sifat Khurana, founder and CBO of Innovist, and Dhruv Bhasin, co-founder of Arata. Notably, Gaurav Khatri, CEO and co-founder of Noise, and Saurav Adlakha, founder and COO of DailyObjects, also participated in this funding round.

Strategic Use of Proceeds

The funds raised will aid the company in enhancing its manufacturing and supply capabilities. Additionally, Nothing But plans to broaden its distribution across quick commerce and online marketplaces while supporting the development of new products.

Product Overview

Launched this year, Nothing But is focused on creating a line of freeze-dried fruit snacks that consist of 100% real fruit, without the inclusion of added sugars, preservatives, flavours, or other additives. The company claims that its freeze-drying method preserves up to 97% of the fruit’s nutritional value, significantly enhancing both shelf life and portability.

Current Offerings

Currently, Nothing But provides a variety of freeze-dried options such as mango, strawberry, banana, pineapple, and mixed-fruit, available in multiple SKUs. The company has plans to unveil new fruit variants, experiment with different packaging formats, and explore other categories within the healthy snacking sector.

As per market research referenced by the company, the healthy snacking market in India is projected to exceed Rs 21,000 crore, set within a larger packaged snacks market valued at nearly Rs 37,000 crore.
