OfBusiness Achieves Remarkable Export Growth in FY26

OfBusiness, a supply chain and financing platform dedicated to small and medium enterprises, has seen its exports increase dramatically to more than Rs 2,500 crore in the fiscal year ending March 2026. This impressive figure represents 12% of its total consolidated revenue, as highlighted in a recent press release from the company.

The firm, based in Gurugram, credits part of this export growth to global buyers seeking alternatives to China for sourcing. India’s strengthening role as a manufacturing and sourcing hub has bolstered demand, especially in the apparel and food processing sectors. The report indicated that OfBusiness now exports to over 70 countries, which includes major markets like the US, the UK, the EU, and Japan.

Looking ahead, OfBusiness anticipates further export growth in FY27. They noted that the recently implemented India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement will facilitate this increase by eliminating tariffs on nearly 99% of Indian export lines heading to the UK, encompassing textiles and apparel.

Key Markets and Expansion Plans

The US continues to be OfBusiness’ largest export market, with the company supplying seven of the top ten apparel retailers worldwide. Additionally, OfBusiness is broadening its sourcing and manufacturing capabilities in Bangladesh while simultaneously expanding its manufacturing operations across India.

Food Processing Exports Expectations

Exports from the food processing segment, which dispatches products from Karnataka to nations like the US, Canada, the EU, and Australia, are projected to double again in FY27. Towards the conclusion of FY26, OfBusiness commenced exporting bulk chemicals to regions in South Asia and the Middle East.

Asish Mohapatra, the cofounder and CEO of OfBusiness, stated that capturing global clientele today requires more than just competitive pricing. It necessitates vertical integration, consistent quality, traceability, and dependable execution.

Financial Performance Overview

In its financial performance for FY26, OfBusiness reported consolidated revenue of Rs 20,645 crore, alongside a profit after tax of Rs 724 crore. The commerce division generated Rs 19,174 crore in revenue, with an EBITDA of Rs 769 crore, while operating cash flow reached Rs 1,302 crore. Additionally, the company reported a positive free cash flow of Rs 390 crore during the fiscal year. Last month, financial figures for OfBusiness were exclusively disclosed by the startup Superb.
