OSSO Secures $250,000 in Pre-Seed Funding for Orthopaedic Innovation
OSSO, an innovative health startup concentrating on orthopaedics, has successfully secured $250,000 in its pre-seed funding round, which was led by Blume Ventures Founders Fund. Key investors include Sahil Jindal from DS Jindal Group, Akash Gupta, the founder of Zypp Electric, and Varun Sheth alongside Zaheer Adenwala, who are the founders of Ketto. Other notable participants are Brijraj Bhuptani, the founder of SPRY, and Umesh Agarwal from Haldiram’s Family Office. The investment also saw contributions from senior partners at Big 4 firms, various healthcare professionals, and notable figures within the industry.
The funds raised will be allocated towards expanding OSSO’s operations, enhancing its technological capabilities, and improving the quality of services provided to patients.
The company’s spokesperson expressed their enthusiasm on a LinkedIn post, stating that they are thrilled to have experienced investors who support their vision. The funding is expected to significantly advance their goal of revolutionising orthopaedic care.
Founded by Kunal Kishore Dhawan and Avani Shukla, OSSO integrates orthopaedics, regenerative medicine, physiotherapy, and sports injury treatments under one roof.
