Oxyzo Financial Services Acquires GoldenPi Technologies for Enhanced Fixed Income Offerings

Oxyzo Financial Services is on the brink of acquiring a complete ownership stake in the bond investment platform GoldenPi Technologies along with its affiliate, GoldenPi Securities. This strategic acquisition positions the NBFC firmly within the retail fixed income investment sector. The move is expected to broaden Oxyzo’s debt capital market offerings targeted at retail and high-net-worth investors, as per the company’s announcement.

Oxyzo, which operates as a technology-driven NBFC primarily focused on financing SMEs, reported assets under management amounting to approximately Rs 10,700 crore as of March 2026. Earlier in the same year, the company announced the introduction of its private credit fund.

Anuj Sharma, the Business Head – Fixed Income at Oxyzo, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, noting that the incorporation of the GoldenPi team would allow Oxyzo to significantly improve its fixed income offerings and tap into a larger portion of the swiftly expanding debt investment market.
