OZi: Quick Commerce Platform for Baby and Kids’ Products
OZi, a quick commerce platform for baby and children’s items, has successfully raised $6.2 million in a Series A funding round. This round was led by RTP Global, with contributions from current investors such as Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC. Notable angel investors in this round included Kishore Biyani and the founders of companies like Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, Magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked. The Series A funding follows OZi’s earlier $3.3 million seed round, which was completed in October 2025, and also led by Blume Ventures, joined by Huddle Ventures, Zeropearl VC, and Untitled Ventures.
According to OZi’s press release, the new funding will be allocated to further solidifying its presence in Gurugram and the National Capital Region (NCR), enhancing brand trust, investing in technology and operational efficiencies, and broadening its curated product range.
Established in 2025 by Amit Sah, OZi is a quick commerce platform tailored for products aimed at babies and children. The platform offers a variety of curated items, including apparel, toys, baby gear, and everyday essentials. Designed for contemporary parents, OZi merges select products with fast delivery, making everyday shopping easier for young families.
Based in Gurugram, OZi boasts over 15,000 products catering to children aged 0 to 12 years. Their inventory includes a wide range of items from fashion and toys to nursing and feeding necessities, baby care items, school supplies, pharmacy products, daily consumables, gifts, and larger baby gear.
OZi operates around the clock, promising delivery within 60 minutes and offering scheduling options for delivery that align with the needs of parents. Since its launch in Gurugram, OZi has achieved a remarkable 12X growth in just five months and has recently expanded its services to Noida.
