This acquisition marks the first such move for PhysicsWallah following its listing in November 2025. The Noida-based company had previously increased its investments in Xylem Learning and Utkarsh Classes in December of the previous year.

In a stock exchange notice addressing the media report, the company confirmed it is in talks with pertinent stakeholders, including Rojgar With Ankit. The deal is anticipated to value Rojgar With Ankit between Rs 400–500 crore in its initial phase, as per sources from Startup Superb. The investment is expected to entail a minority stake, though the specific size of this stake remains unconfirmed at this time.

Strategic Alignment with Upskilling Goals

Sources suggest that this potential investment aligns with PhysicsWallah’s strategy to expand its footprint in the upskilling and government job preparation market. While details of the deal are still under negotiation, there may be plans to incorporate certain features of Rojgar With Ankit into PhysicsWallah’s current platform to enhance user growth and engagement, as indicated by sources.
