About Pluro Fertility and IVF
Established in 2025 by Jaydeep Tank, Parikshit Tank, and Bhaskar Shah, Pluro operates on a partnership model that collaborates with independent IVF specialists throughout India. This structure allows for medical decisions to be retained by the doctors, while Pluro adeptly manages essential non-clinical functions.
Expansion Plans
Pluro aims to establish 25 dedicated fertility centres by March 2026, partnering with IVF specialists who possess a minimum of ten years of clinical expertise. Over the next three years, the company aspires to expand to a total of 100 centres.
Operational Management
The company takes responsibility for the operations of partner clinics, including administration, technology, compliance, and marketing. Additionally, partner doctors benefit from equity participation that is directly tied to the growth of Pluro.
Investment Goals
With the new funding, Pluro plans to augment its network, invest in advanced technologies, and enhance its clinical competencies within reproductive science.
