Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform Presolv360 has successfully raised $4.7 million in a funding round led by Elevation Capital, with involvement from existing investor MGA Ventures and several angel investors. Based in Mumbai, the company previously gathered $1.08 million in seed funding back in February 2022 from Fine Fragrances and other contributors.

Presolv360 plans to use the funds to branch out into alternative dispute resolution methods and enhance its legal-tech framework, as stated in a press release. Established in 2017 by Bhaven Shah, Namitha Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, Presolv360 delivers technology-based solutions for arbitration and mediation. The platform utilises artificial intelligence and innovative modules to make dispute resolution processes quicker, more economical, and accessible.

The platform facilitates connections between users and legal professionals, offers agreement review services, and is endorsed by governmental entities as well as leading judges. Bhaven Tarunkumar Shah, a co-founder of Presolv360, mentioned that the intention behind the raised funds is to accelerate the company’s expansion in the market. The platform currently focuses on arbitration and mediation, with aspirations to replicate these systems across additional dispute workflows.

Presolv360 primarily collaborates with organisations within the financial sector, including banks and fintech firms. Key competitors in this field include Sama, Cadr.in, Jupitice, and Webnyay.
