Pronto has successfully raised $25 million (approximately Rs 228.9 crore) in its Series B funding round, spearheaded by Epiq Capital. Existing investors, including Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures, also contributed to this financial round. This funding comes six months after Pronto completed its Series A round, which raised $11 million.
Utilisation of Funds
The newly obtained funds will aim at hiring and training additional professionals while also enhancing operations across its existing markets and service offerings over the next 12 to 18 months.
About Pronto

The platform facilitates a variety of services including sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, laundry assistance, and other routine tasks through instant, scheduled, or recurring bookings.
Operating in Major Cities
Pronto is active in cities such as Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, among others. The company reports that its daily bookings have surged from about 1,000 to over 18,000 in the last seven months, with a notable growth rate exceeding 20% on a weekly basis. Currently, Pronto collaborates with nearly 3,000 professionals and employs a core team of around 60 individuals.
Recent Developments
The brand has recently relocated its headquarters to Bengaluru while maintaining its customer support operations in Gurugram.
Market Competition
In the competitive landscape of instant home services, Pronto faces rivals such as Snabbit and Urban Company’s Insta Help. Snabbit secured $30 million in a Series C funding round in October of the previous year. Urban Company announced that Insta Help surpassed 50,000 daily bookings within its first year, whereas Snabbit recorded over 800,000 bookings in February alone.
