ReplyAll, a Bengaluru-based clothing brand dedicated to all-day wear, has successfully raised Rs 6.8 crore ($750K) in its initial funding round. This round was led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with contributions from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC, and various D2C founders including Shantanu Deshpande, Revant Bhate, Ashish Goel, Sangeet Agarwal, Navin Parwal, Nikhil Bhandarkar, and Arjun Vaidya. The funds will be allocated towards product development, expanding the material and design pipeline, and enhancing the brand’s market presence.

Enhancing the All-Day Clothing Concept

ReplyAll plans to advance its offerings by creating innovative technical fabrics and adaptive designs specifically aimed at urban consumers in search of versatile apparel. Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll is pioneering a new segment that it refers to as all-day clothing, specifically designed for prolonged wear across various activities, including work, travel, and everyday tasks. The brand’s strategy is rooted in material science, fabric engineering, and functional design tailored to the unique climate and consumer behaviours in India.

Market Trends in Apparel

According to market research, India’s apparel market was valued at $59.3 billion in 2024. Among this, functional clothing represents a significant $8.89 billion segment and is projected to expand at an annual rate of 5–6%. ReplyAll is launching with a men’s line of all-day clothing, crafted with specially engineered fabrics that prioritise breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance, and stretch ability. This initiative aims to provide garments that adapt to multiple daily situations while highlighting performance at the fibre level.

The Approach to Purpose-Built Apparel

ReplyAll characterises its offerings as purpose-built clothing, designed for continuous wear, distinct from the transient nature of fast fashion. This commitment to practicality and comfort marks a significant evolution in the clothing industry.
