Direct-to-consumer (D2C) apparel brand ReplyAll has successfully raised Rs 9.7 crore in a pre-Series A funding round, which was co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. The funding round included contributions from ISV and Long View Ventures, alongside existing backers Sparrow and Antler, as well as a group of angel investors. Previously, the brand had closed its initial funding round, securing Rs 6.8 crore ($750K) led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC, and multiple D2C entrepreneurs in December last year.

The proceeds from this latest funding will be directed towards advancements in fabric research and development, enhancing product design, exploring new categories, and strengthening ReplyAll’s retail and community presence, according to a statement released by the company.
