Ringg AI: Voice AI Startup Secures $5.5 Million in Funding

Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Ringg AI has successfully raised $5.5 million, approximately Rs 48 crore, in a Series A funding round, with Arkam Ventures taking the lead. Participation in this round also included Groww Founder Fund, Kunal Shah, White Venture Capital, and existing investor Capital2B.

This new funding will be directed towards the expansion of engineering teams and go-to-market strategies, speeding up product development, strengthening its international footprint, and establishing GPU clusters. Additionally, Ringg AI plans to invest in creating proprietary AI models to streamline deployment cycles and lessen reliance on third-party APIs.

About Ringg AI

Established in October 2023, Ringg AI is developing a no-code, multilingual voice-AI orchestration platform, enabling enterprises to design, deploy, and manage AI voice agents for various inbound and outbound applications. The platform finds utility across customer support, sales, collections, logistics, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, delivery confirmations, and candidate screening.

Current Operations

Currently, Ringg AI facilitates around 1.5 million customer conversations each month, with approximately 77% of these interactions being fully automated without the need for human involvement. The voice agents support 18 languages, which include 10 Indian languages, as well as English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, and Bahasa.

Clientele and Future Plans

The company has secured over 20 enterprise clients across India, the US, and Saudi Arabia, including notable names like CRED, PharmEasy, Shiprocket, Flipkart, and Shell. Ringg AI is currently conducting pilot tests in the GCC, US-East, and North America, with an ambitious goal of scaling its platform to 100 million voice interactions within the next 12 months, aiming for 100 million interactions per month by 2027.
