Satark AI Secures Funding to Enhance Cyber Leadership Infrastructure
Cyber security startup Satark AI has successfully raised an undisclosed sum in a pre-seed funding round from Infynno Solutions through convertible notes capped at $3 million. The funds will be directed towards accelerating the creation of its autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure, a pioneering AI-enhanced layer that improves the capacities of CISOs and governance teams, as stated in a press release from Satark AI.
About Satark AI
Founded in June 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna in Ahmedabad, Satark AI has developed an autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure that mimics and enhances CISO-level decision-making. This platform integrates seamlessly with existing tools and frameworks to ensure ongoing governance, compliance, and risk management, while also incorporating human oversight for accountability.
Functionality of the Platform
The Ahmedabad-based startup has designed its platform to operate using a network of intelligent agents that cover policy, risk, compliance, threat evaluation, and governance. These agents collaborate to provide continuous monitoring, reporting, and strategic recommendations. With human in the loop (HITL) checkpoints, the system maintains transparency and accountability in AI-driven decision-making.
Industry Impact
This funding round underscores the necessity for intelligent infrastructure that can ongoingly reason, advise, and govern cybersecurity functions. Rutvij Vora, co-founder and CEO of Satark AI, emphasised that the initiative is not merely about automating processes but is about laying the groundwork for future cyber leadership in the age of AI.
Growth Plans
Satark AI asserts that it has onboarded initial customers and enhanced partnerships in India, Spain, and the UK. The company has indicated plans to expand its engineering and AI research teams, onboard additional enterprise clients, and broaden its presence internationally.
